Project Description

Managing restaurant reservations manually can lead to double bookings, seating conflicts and operational challenges particularly during peak dining hours. When tables are already occupied or reserved even a single booking error can affect both restaurant operations and the customer experience.

To solve this problem we developed the Table Reservation iPad App, an official Elexoft Technologies application designed to centralize restaurant booking and seating management. Staff can create multiple restaurant sections, build customized seating plans, configure tables, manage reservations, update booking statuses and maintain customer records from one platform.

The application provides restaurants with greater control over their seating arrangements while making daily reservation management faster, more accurate and easier for staff.
